Pre-registration until April 12, 17:00 JST. After that, registration will be on-site during the event.
※ This year, only face-to-face presentations will be held.
Please note that there is a limit on number of participants in banquet. If you plan to attend, please apply as soon as possible.
Registration fee
Registration fee includes the participation fee, submission fee for 1 paper and the cost to download the proceedings.
PhD students who are members of JSME can register as JSME student member.
JSME special (corporate) members can register at the regular member's rate.

Please note that there is a limit on number of participants in banquet. We will stop accepting applications once the number of participants reaches capacity.

At the social gathering it will be permitted to bring robots that use mechanisms that do not damage the floor to move (such as crawlers made of hard materials, etc) nor use any type of flight/propulsion system for moving ( such as drones, etc) as well as machines or equipment you brought to the presentation (under the same conditions mentioned before).
If you decide to bring your robot or machine, you will be responsible for any harm to people, other robots, or machines, caused by your robot or machine. We expect everyone to behave in a conscientious manner so that we can have discussions around robots.
Please note that those who bring their own items will be asked to confirm the information before entering the venue, so please pay close attention to the content of the notice.
