Paper Application
On-line Presentation Entry (Paper Registration)
[Deadline] January 29, 2024 (Mon.) February 5, 2024 (Monday) at Noon
Required information for the initial registration is: Selected OS, Title of your presentation, Abstract (about 50 words), Keywords, Request for publication in the collection of lecture papers, and Information about the presenter.
Request for publication in the collection of lecture papers
Submitted manuscripts will be included in the official archival proceedings and published on J-STAGE after the conference.
J-STAGE is an electronic journal platform managed by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST).
Papers that do not wish to be published in the collection of lecture papers can be excluded.
Would you like to publish your manuscript in the official archival proceedings, and agree to transfer the copyright of the manuscript to Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers (JSME)?
○ Yes, I want to publish my manuscript, and agree to transfer the copyright to JSME.
○ No, I do not want to publish my manuscript.
Note that, regardless of your choice, manuscripts that were not presented at the conference are not recorded in the official archival proceedings.
Important Notices:
- As a rule, this registration should be conducted by the prospective presenter at the conference. In particular, students graduating this March who may be unable to present at the conference should ask the prospective speaker to register. The program committee often has trouble contacting such students after graduation.
- The presenter is required to be a member of the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers (JSME) or a member of a associate academic society eligible to present.
- For the paper submission, Membership number is required. Please complete the membership application well in advance of the submission deadline.
- As in previous years, we will be offering a membership pack that allows you to register for participation and apply for membership in the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers at the same time .
