How to read the presentation numbers

Presentation numbers are organized as follows.
[Presentation Time Zone] - [Poster Location].
Example: 1A1-A04, 2P1-C11, etc.

[Presentation Time Zone]
Three characters indicating the time zone of your presentation.
First character: 1=Day 1 (Thursday, June 29), 2=Day 2 (Friday, June 30)
Second and third characters:
A1 = First AM session, A2 = Second AM session
P1 = First PM session, P2 = Second PM session

[Poster Location]
The combination of a letter and two numbers indicating the location of posters in the venue.

Poster Format

  • The space for a poster presentation is a board (180 cm in width, and 210 cm in height) with a desk (180 cm in width, 60 cm in depth, and 70 cm in height) in front of the board.
  • Pushpins are available to display a poster on the board, which are prepared in the corner poster spaces (01, 07, 08, 14, 15, 21, 22, 28) of each island (A-I). Please feel free to use them. Please remove your posters immediately after the session and return the pushpins to their initial positions.
  • An A4-sized INDEX paper should be put at the top-left corner of the board. The INDEX paper should include the presentation number, session name, core time, and presenter name (affiliation) in English (and Japanese if possible). A sample of the A4-sized INDEX paper is below.

Presentation Time

  • Each session has 90 minutes for presentation. It is divided into the first and second time slots (45 minutes for each). Each poster presentation is assigned to a time slot as a core time. Presenters must explain their posters at their core time.
  • The odd-number presentations are assigned to the first time slot. The even-number ones are assigned to the second time slot.
  • Presenters have to arrange their poster presentations (display of their posters and arrangement of their devices at the allocated space for poster presentations) in 30 minutes between the sessions. Presenters have to remove their posters at the end of the session.

Demonstration and PCs

  • A table and a power supply (100V) are available for each presentation.
  • Presenters should prepare extra plugs and cable extensions by themselves if necessary.
  • Note that the total power capacity of each poster presentation is limited to 100 W. Please refrain from using devices needing a large amount of power.
  • Staff may stop demonstrations when they disturb other presentations by loud noises or dangerous situations.
  • Any posters, devices, or laptops should not be sent to the conference venue in advance.
