Participation Guide

Lost items

The following lost items have been found and are being kept by the organizers. If any of these items may belong to you, please contact the staff at the General Information Desk at the venue.

• One black NEC wireless mouse found in the poster session area on the 2nd floor, near J04.
• One HDMI-to-DisplayPort adapter cable found in the poster session area on the 2nd floor, near D10.
• One blue cloakroom ticket, No. 48, found in the company exhibition area on the 2nd floor, near Sumitomo Heavy Industries.

Cloakroom Information

The cloakroom is located at the 1st floor entrance hall (to the right upon entering the main entrance).
Please be sure to collect your belongings within the designated timeframe (until 6:20 PM on June 30 and 6:00 PM on July 1). Due to the expected crowd, please arrive with sufficient time to spare.

The abstracts and proceedings can be downloaded from the following servers. Please use the username and password provided in the email titled "【ロボティクスメカトロニクス講演会2026】予稿集、概要集のご案内" sent to all registrants in advance. The download period is Wednesday, July 15.

We will be offering shipping services for conference materials from Fukuoka International Congress Center.

• June 30 (Tuesday) - Fukuoka International Congress Center, 2nd floor Poster/Demo Session 1 entrance: 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM
• July 1 (Wednesday) - Fukuoka International Congress Center, 2nd floor Poster/Demo Session 1 entrance: 3:00 PM - (until all shipping items are processed)

[Important Notes]

• We only accept shipping via "collect-on-delivery" service.
• On July 1, we will begin closing shipping pickups for the day once all pending items are processed.

The nursery room will be available at the conference venue (Fukuoka International Congress Center). If you wish to use this service, please refer to the Nursery Information page and submit your application by Sunday, June 14. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will close once capacity is reached.
