You can register and make payment from the above page. Even if you plan to register at the venue, it is necessary to complete your registration and payment through this page. We strongly recommend registering in advance. Please note that on-site cash payment is not accepted.
Pre-registration Information
After the pre-registration deadline, the Registration will be required.
Registration Fee
The registration fee includes participation fee, one paper submission fee, and access to the conference proceedings. PhD students who are JSME members can register as JSME student members. Corporate members of JSME can register at the regular member price. For a list of supporting societies, please click here.
*If you intend to pay by invoice with public funds and are unable to make payment at submission due to reasons such as change of fiscal year, please contact us individually E-mail: robomech_2025[at]nta.co.jp (change [at] to "@" and send the e-mail). We are unable to accept payments other than public funds, so please make your payment by the due date.

Banquet Information
Deadline for pre-registration for the reception is the same as pre-registration. This registration will close once the maximum number of participants is reached.

Notes:
- The banquet will be buffet-style.
- No refunds will be issued for banquet fees.
- You can also register for accompanying persons who will not attend the conference but will attend only the banquet through the registration page. Accompanying persons will be charged the same banquet fee as general attendees.
- Those who pre-registered will receive a banquet ticket. Please bring and present it on the day.
