Required Information:
The information required for paper application includes:
- Desired OS name
- Presentation title
- Abstract (approximately 50 words)
- Three keywords
Request for publication in the conference proceedings- Presenter information
Publication in Conference Proceedings:
Submitted manuscripts will be published in the conference proceedings on J-STAGE, the electronic journal platform operated by JST (Japan Science and Technology Agency), unless the presenter opts out during submission.
Would you like to publish your manuscript in the official archival proceedings, and agree to transfer the copyright of the manuscript to Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers (JSME)?
- I wish to publish my manuscript and transfer the copyright to JSME.
- I do not wish to publish my manuscript.
Even if you choose not to have your paper published, it will be included in the preprints.

Note: Manuscripts not presented during the conference will not be included in the proceedings regardless of the presenter’s choice.
Date of Publication of Proceedings:
The date of publication of the Proceedings will be the first day of the conference (June 4, 2025).
Important Notices:
- Before applying, please confirm your affiliation and presentation content presentation qualifications Please check if you meet the requirements.
- The application must be made by the prospective presenter. Graduating students or those who may not be available during the conference should ensure the actual presenter registers the application.
- Presenters must be a member of the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers (JSME) or an eligible member of a collaborating or supporting organization.
- A membership number is required for paper submission. Please complete your membership application in time.
- A membership pack is available to facilitate simultaneous membership application and participation registration.
Notices for Membership Pack Users:
- Applications where membership and participation registration are not confirmed by the final manuscript submission deadline will be withdrawn by the administrative office.
- Those selecting the membership pack option during paper application must also use it during participation registration.
