Poster Format and Mounting Instructions

  • The poster space consists of two 90 cm (width) × 210 cm (height) panels (effective area: 90 cm wide × 140 cm high), placed side by side to provide a total width of 180 cm.
  • A desk of 180 cm (width) × 70 cm (height) × 45 cm (depth) will be placed in front of the space. Therefore, your poster should fit within 180 cm × 140 cm.
  • Each panel is covered with fabric. Please use thumbtacks (pushpins) to attach both your poster and index sheet.
  • Prepare an index sheet in A4 landscape format and attach it to the top-left corner of the panel. The index must include: presentation number, session name, core time, and presenter name (affiliation) in both English and Japanese. A sample template is available below. You may integrate the index into your poster as long as all required information is clearly indicated.

Presentation Time

  • Each poster session lasts 90 minutes. The core time is 45 minutes within that session.
  • Presenters must be present at their posters during their assigned core time.
  • Core time is determined by the last digit of the presentation number: odd numbers present during the first 45 minutes, even numbers during the second 45 minutes.
  • Poster installation is allowed from 20 minutes before the session starts.
  • Please complete poster installation by the start time of your session.
  • Remove your poster promptly after the session. Posters left unattended more than 10 minutes after the session may be removed and discarded by the Executive or Program Committee.

※ If you are absent without notice, your presentation will be marked as "no-show" and not included in the proceedings. Presentations with presenter changes will also be excluded from the review process.

Demonstrations and PCs

  • A table and a 100V power supply will be available in front of each panel.
  • Only one power outlet is available per poster. If you need more plugs or extension cables, please bring your own. The available power capacity is approximately 100W per poster. Please refrain from using devices requiring large amounts of power.
  • Presenters bringing PCs or other demonstration equipment are responsible for setup, teardown, and management of their own devices.
  • Devices that emit loud noise or may be considered dangerous may be prohibited at the discretion of the Executive or Program Committee.
  • Please do not send your posters or demonstration devices to the venue in advance.
