There are no trash bins at the venue. Please take your trash home with you.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Access to Yamagata Big Wing (Shuttle Bus)

Free shuttle buses, JR trains, and taxis are available from JR Yamagata Station to Yamagata Big Wing. For details such as departure points and timetables, please refer to the Access Page.

Cloakroom Information

[ At Yamagata Big Wing (Main Venue) ]

The cloakroom at Yamagata Big Wing (poster session venue) is located on the 2nd floor in the "交流サロン (Interaction Salon)" area. (Take the escalator to the 2nd floor and it is on your right-hand side.)

Please retrieve your belongings during the designated times (by 16:00 on June 5 and by 17:00 on June 6). Congestion is expected, so we recommend allowing extra time.

  • June 5 (Wed) – 2F Interaction Salon: 8:30–16:00
  • June 6 (Thu) – 2F Interaction Salon: 8:30–17:00

[ At Yamagata KENMIN Hall (Station Area Venue) ]

Due to limited space, no cloakroom is available at the KENMIN Hall. Please use your hotel or coin lockers at the station to store your belongings.

Yamato Delivery Service (For Presenters)

Robomech2025 will provide a parcel shipping service from Yamagata Big Wing for presenters. Please check the details, including the pickup times and location, in the Shipping Guide.

  • This service is intended for presenters wishing to return research equipment or prototypes used during their presentations.
  • Only cash-on-delivery shipments are accepted.
  • The service will end once all packages waiting for pickup have been collected.

Lunch and Rest Areas

There are limited dining options around Yamagata Big Wing. Seven food trucks will be available at the venue, and pre-order bento lunches are also available through Nippon Travel Agency.

Luncheon seminars hosted by Platinum Sponsors will be held in the 2F Main Conference Room at Yamagata Big Wing. Lunch boxes will be provided to the first 100 participants. We look forward to your participation.
