{"id":380,"date":"2026-05-29T18:31:39","date_gmt":"2026-05-29T09:31:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/robomech.org\/2026\/en\/?page_id=380"},"modified":"2026-05-29T18:34:26","modified_gmt":"2026-05-29T09:34:26","slug":"for-presenters","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/robomech.org\/2026\/en\/for-presenters\/","title":{"rendered":"For Presenters"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<div id=\"my_navigation\"><\/div>\n<p>\n<div id=\"my_contents\">\n<h3 id=\"FloorMap\" class=\"title\">Floor Map<\/h3>\n<p>Poster session rooms are located\u00a0<span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">in\u00a0<strong>the multi-purpose hall on the 2nd floor<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>in room 501 <\/strong><\/span><strong>on the 5th floor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \u30dd\u30b9\u30bf\u30fc\u63b2\u793a\u5834\u6240\uff08\u6e96\u5099\u4e2d\uff09 --><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"PresenNum\" class=\"title\">Explanation of Presentation Number Format<\/h3>\n<p>Each presentation number expresses the following.<br \/>\n<strong>[Session slot]-[Poster location]<\/strong><br \/>\nFor example, 1A1-A04, 2P1-C11<\/p>\n<p><strong>[Session slot]<\/strong> The presentation number consists of three characters: a one\u2011digit number indicating the presentation day, followed by a two\u2011character code indicating the time slot.<br \/>\nFirst Digit \u2014 Presentation Day: 1 \u2014 Poster Session, Day 1 (6\/30), \u2014 Poster Session, Day 2 (7\/1)<br \/>\nSecond and Third Characters \u2014 Time Slot:<br \/>\nA1 = Morning Session 1,<br \/>\nA2 = Morning Session 2,<br \/>\nP1 = Afternoon Session 1,<br \/>\nP2 = Afternoon Session 2.<\/p>\n<p><strong>[Poster Board Location]<\/strong> The poster board location is indicated by a three\u2011character code consisting of one letter followed by two digits.<br \/>\n<strong>Note that all presentations are assigned a poster board location.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"Poster\" class=\"title\">Poster Preparation and Mounting Instructions<\/h3>\n<div style=\"text-align: center; margin: 10px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-478\" src=\"http:\/\/robomech.org\/2025\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/PosterSpace2025_v1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" \/><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Each presenter is provided with two poster panels, each measuring 90 cm wide and 210 cm high (effective display area: 90 cm \u00d7 140 cm). When connected, the two panels form a total display width of 180 cm.<\/li>\n<li>A table (180 cm wide, 70 cm high, 45 cm deep) will be placed in front of each poster display area. Therefore, presenters are encouraged to prepare their posters with a width of 180 cm and a height of 140 cm.<\/li>\n<li>The poster panels are covered with fabric; therefore, please attach your poster using push pins. Index cards should also be mounted in the same manner.<\/li>\n<li>Please prepare an index card in A4 landscape format and place it at the upper-left corner of your poster panel. The index card must contain the poster number, session name, core time, and the presenter\u2019s name and affiliation, written in both Japanese and English. A sample index card is provided below. If all required information is clearly indicated, it is acceptable to integrate the index card into the poster itself.<br \/>\nTemplate for the index:\u00a0 <a style=\"cursor: pointer !important; user-select: none !important;\" href=\"http:\/\/robomech.org\/2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/index_sample2026.pptx\">index_sample2026<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"PresenTime\" class=\"title\">About the presentation Time<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Each poster session is scheduled for 90 minutes.<\/strong> Within this period, <strong>either the first 45 minutes or the last 45 minutes is designated as the core time<\/strong> during which presenters are expected to be available at their posters.<\/li>\n<li>The last digit of the poster number determines the core time for each presentation. Presentations with an odd final digit will have core time during the first 45 minutes, while those with an even final digit will have core time during the last 45 minutes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Presenters are required to remain at their posters during the designated core time.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Presenters may begin mounting their posters 20 minutes before their session begins.<\/li>\n<li>Please ensure that your poster is fully mounted by the start of the session.<\/li>\n<li>Please remove your poster immediately after the session concludes. Posters that remain on the boards for more than 10 minutes after the session ends may be taken down and disposed of by the Organizing Committee or the Program Committee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: red;\">If a presenter is absent from their scheduled presentation, it will be treated as a no-show, and the paper will not be published in the conference proceedings. Furthermore, any presentation with a changed presenter will be excluded from the review process.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"PresenPC\" class=\"title\">Presentation PC and demonstration<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>A table and a 100V power outlet are provided in front of each poster panel for your use.<\/li>\n<li>Each poster space is equipped with a single power outlet. If you require additional outlets or extension cables, please bring your own power strips. Please note that the available power capacity is limited (approximately 100W per poster), so presentations requiring high power consumption are not permitted.<\/li>\n<li>If you plan to bring a computer or other equipment for demonstrations, please handle all transportation, setup, and management of the equipment at your own responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Equipment brought for your presentation cannot be stored in the cloakroom overnight.
