font-size: 1.2em;\"> (Friday) at 24:00 JST<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"border: 1px solid red; \">\n<p style=\"font-weight:bold; margin:10px;!important\">\nWe have confirmed that the domain name \u201crobomech-onlineform.org\u201d of Robomech2025 online paper registration and submission system may be put on hold due to censorship of your organization's server.<br \/>\nWe apologize for the inconvenience, but please inform your administrator to allow receipt of the domain name or register a different e-mail address.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<h4 class=\"subtitle\">Required Information:<\/h4>\n<p>The information required for paper application includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desired OS name<\/li>\n<li>Presentation title<\/li>\n<li>Abstract (approximately 50 words)<\/li>\n<li>Three keywords<\/li>\n<li><s>Request for publication in the conference proceedings<\/s><\/li>\n<li>Presenter information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"subtitle\">Publication in Conference Proceedings:<\/h4>\n<p>Submitted manuscripts will be published in the conference proceedings on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jstage.jst.go.jp\/browse\/-char\/ja\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">J-STAGE<\/a>, the electronic journal platform operated by JST (Japan Science and Technology Agency), unless the presenter opts out during submission.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Would you like to publish your manuscript in the official archival proceedings, and agree to transfer the copyright of the manuscript to Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers (JSME)?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I wish to publish my manuscript and transfer the copyright to JSME.<\/li>\n<li>I do not wish to publish my manuscript.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">Even if you choose not to have your paper published, it will be included in the preprints.<br \/>\nPlease click <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jsme.or.jp\/jsme\/uploads\/2023\/12\/henko_gaiyou.pdf\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a> (Japanese document) to see about the difference between the preprints and the proceedings.<\/span>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note: Manuscripts not presented during the conference will not be included in the proceedings regardless of the presenter\u2019s choice.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"subtitle\">Date of Publication of Proceedings:<\/h4>\n<p>The date of publication of the Proceedings will be the <span style=\"font-weight:bold; color:red;\">first day of the conference (June 4, 2025).<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"subtitle\">Important Notices:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Before applying, please confirm your <span style=\"color: red;\">affiliation and presentation content <a href=\"https:\/\/robomech.org\/2025\/en\/pack\/\">presentation qualifications<\/a > Please check if you meet the requirements. <\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: red;\">The application must be made by the prospective presenter.<\/span> Graduating students or those who may not be available during the conference should ensure the actual presenter registers the application.<\/li>\n<li>Presenters must be a member of the <span style=\"color: red;\">Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers (JSME)<\/span> or an <a href=\"https:\/\/robomech.org\/2025\/en\/pack\/#pack06\">eligible member of a collaborating or supporting organization<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: red;\">A membership number is required for paper submission.<\/span> Please complete your membership application in time.<\/li>\n<li>A <a href=\"https:\/\/robomech.org\/2025\/en\/pack\/\">membership pack<\/a> is available to facilitate simultaneous membership application and participation registration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"subtitle\">Notices for Membership Pack Users:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Applications where membership and participation registration are not confirmed by the final manuscript submission deadline will be withdrawn by the administrative office.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: red;\">Those selecting the membership pack option during paper application must also use it during participation registration.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Organized Sessions You can check the list of organized sessions here.
