Blessed with favorable weather, we successfully concluded the four-day event under the theme of \"Pioneering Frontiers in Robotics and Mechatronics.\" With an impressive number of submissions, we held 1,539 presentations and welcomed over 2,300 participants, leading to lively discussions throughout the conference. These figures are the largest in our history. We also received great support from sponsors, including 8 platinum and 38 gold sponsors.<br \/>\nIn addition, we organized several new initiatives such as the Robo-Mecha Fan Meeting, the Special Session for High School Students, and the Special Workshop for ROBOMECH2025, all of which were well attended. The shuttle buses connecting JR Yamagata Station and the venue operated smoothly without any major issues. The organizing committee is pleased that the conference was vibrant and bustling with activity.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0em; text-indent: 1em;\">\nFinally, we would like to express our
