Thank you for many application.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h4 id=\"place11\" class=\"subtitle\">Participation Registration is Required for Submission<\/h4>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em; text-indent: 1em;\">\nPresenters are requested to prepare manuscripts according to the manuscript preparation guidelines below and submit them via the Paper Submission Site before the deadline. To log in, you will need the <span style=\"color: red;\">ID<\/span>, <span style=\"color: red;\">password<\/span>, and <span style=\"color: red;\">registration number<\/span> issued via the following two emails:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Paper Registration Confirmation Email<\/strong>: Received after registering your presentation (includes <span style=\"color: red;\">ID<\/span> and <span style=\"color: red;\">password<\/span>)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Participation Registration Confirmation Email<\/strong>: Received after completing participation registration (includes the <span style=\"color: red;\">registration number<\/span>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 id=\"place12\" class=\"subtitle\">Membership Number is Required for Submission<\/h4>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em; text-indent: 1em;\">\n<span style=\"color: red;\">A membership number of JSME or an affiliated organization with presentation eligibility<\/span> is required for paper submission. Please ensure membership procedures are completed well in advance of the submission deadline. For those using the JSME membership package, <a href=\"https:\/\/robomech.org\/2025\/en\/pack\/#pack03\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\">click here for instructions<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n<p>* Presentation guidelines will be announced later.<br \/>\n* Proceedings will be made available to participants starting June 4, 2025 (Wednesday).<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"place2\" class=\"title\">Instructions for Manuscript Preparation<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em; text-indent: 0em;\">\nPlease prepare the following documents for submission.\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Paper manuscript (PDF file, 2MB or less, 2 to 4 pages)<\/li>\n<li>Outline for JST Database (Japanese: 200\u2013250 characters, English: up to 1985 characters, <span style=\"color: red;\">optional for those wishing publication<\/span>)<\/li>\n<li>Video (<span style=\"color: red;\">optional<\/span>, MPG\/MPEG\/MP4 format, combined total with manuscript under 4MB)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em; text-indent: 1em;\">\nSubmitted papers and videos will be distributed to participants as conference proceedings. After the conference, proceedings will be published. JST database publication is optional; those opting out need not provide a JST database outline.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em; text-indent: 1em;\">\nPlease submit your manuscript via the submission page. Windows or MacOSX is recommended for submissions. Videos must be in MPG\/MPEG\/MP4 format and should be playable on QuickTime Player, Windows Media Player, or both.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em; text-indent: 1em;\">\nVideo submission is free of charge. Please note that submissions exceeding the size limit or using unsupported file formats will not be accepted. To avoid copyright issues, background music should not be included in the video.\n<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"place3\" class=\"title\">Academic Awards<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em; text-indent: 1em;\">\nIn this conference, papers and presentations will be reviewed for nomination for<br \/>\n(1) JSME Outstanding Presentation Award for Young Fellows,<br \/>\n(2) Robotics and Mechatronics Division General Awards: ROBOMECH Award (academic research field), ROBOMECH Award (industrial and practical field), ROBOMECH2025 Best Presentation Award, ROBOMECH2025 Best Demonstration Award.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em; text-indent: 1em;\">\nPlease note that <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">only papers and presentations that have been submitted for the awards<\/span> will be reviewed. In addition, excellent papers and presentations from those selected for review will be encouraged to submit to a special issue of the ROBOMECH journal.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1em; text-indent: 1em;\">\nIn order to be awarded any of the prizes, the <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">recipient must be an individual member of the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers (JSME)<\/span>. Those who join after being selected as candidates are also eligible.
