At the social gathering it will be permitted to bring robots that use mechanisms that do not damage the floor to move (such as crawlers made of hard materials, etc) nor use any type of flight\/propulsion system for moving ( such as drones, etc) as well as machines or equipment you brought to the presentation (under the same conditions mentioned before).
\nIf you decide to bring your robot or machine, you will be responsible for any harm to people, other robots, or machines, caused by your robot or machine. We expect everyone to behave in a conscientious manner so that we can have discussions around robots.
\nPlease note that those who bring their own items will be asked to confirm the information before entering the venue, so please pay close attention to the content of the notice.
